1/4 cup white or yellow corn for popping
1/2 oz honey
1 oz soy sauce
1 oz virgin olive oil
1 dash hot red pepper [optional]
While your popcorn is popping, I use a Hot Air Popcorn Popper, place the rest of the ingredients in a cup and blend them together.
Mix the topping with the popcorn and serve in a large bowl.
As an alternative, share the plain popcorn in several smaller bowls and the topping in several small dip thimbles. Dip the chopsticks instead of the popcorn. Enjoy !
