Chimichurri

Chimichurri
1 handful each of fresh Cilantro, Parsley, and Mint
(I use one whole fresh pack of mint and perhaps add a little more of cilantro and parsley).
1/2 cup of apple cider vinegar (sometimes I use key lime juice)
1/2 cup of vegetable oil (sometimes I use olive oil)
6 cloves of garlic
Sea salt, black pepper, and red pepper to taste.

Use a blender and do put the herbs one handful at a time.
